And as a former corporate divisional president in the private sector, he understands the business perspective too. A veteran negotiator, he was as the heart of some of the biggest and most confidential deals in Georgia’s history, including the relocation of the Atlanta Braves HQ and stadium and the expansion of Home Depot’s IT and Call Center in Cobb County. And now he’s putting that experience to work for you in Habersham County.

Habersham’s Airport Industrial Park is a covenant-protected manufacturing district located in the southern end of Habersham County. It has approximately 90 developable acres that can accommodate new buildings ranging from 20,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet. It is located next to the Habersham County Airport’s 5,500-ft asphalt runway, a Jet A fuel filling station, and 7.8 acres of developable land for aviation-dependent companies. The Airport Industrial Park is centrally located between two four-lane highways (US Hwy 23 and US Hwy 441.) These routes allow rapid access to Atlanta, the Georgia Ports, and Interstate 85.
